Tracking Impact: Digital Engagement

Last week David Sim delivered a presentation at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh at part of the AmbITion programme for creative businesses and organisations.

The presentation provided strategies for tracking the impact of your use of the Internet and  Social Media, including setting targets, relating impact to business objectives and the use of tools such as Google Analytics and Google Alerts.
