At the Circle conference in Abu Dhabi which begins 10 days of the Middle East Film Festival MovieSite has gone live. Abu Dhabi is building a production base for the region and is taking advantage of MovieSite’s location, crew and facilities registration services at this time.

Went to an amazing screening in Nairn, Scotland. Tilda Swinton and Mark Cousins had organised pulling a mobile cinema and showing great films in small communities. It was a great experience and showed off the Screen Machine. Times On Line

The Kent Film Office and Screen South hosted a reception to celebrate the premier of ‘The Calling’ starring Brenda Blethyn. Brenda congratulated Gabrielle Lindemann and her team at Kent in their work; we were please to hear her mention the MovieSite databases.

Geoff has just had an interesting couple of days at the film tourism conference organised by ODIT and Film France. All the stages of film tourism were covered, from Film Friendly to tourism after distribution.
We, at Open Brolly, had the opportunity to discuss our model for a sustainable and quality Tourism product using our work with MovieSite and Social Media.
