Spendsheet Management
How to save, edit and delete spend sheets
Notes:
This guide will step through the process of accessing and/or attaching spend sheets to a selected project. Each project can save multiple spend sheets that relate to it to distinguish monies spent in different areas, locations, dates and suchlike. Links that are going to be used will be circled in red where possible.
1. At the top of the project you wish to attach a spend sheet to click on the link ‘Actions & Statistics for [Name of Project] ‘. I Have created a project called ‘Conrad test Project’ to use an example:

2. This will open up the accordion menu and allow you to see four other links, click on the rightmost one ‘spendsheets’.

3. This will bring up the main spendsheets summary page. This is where you will see a summary of totals of figures from all spendsheets. Its not very useful at the moment so we will add a spendsheet by clicking on the link near the bottom right ‘Add Sheet’.

4. You will now see the first spendsheet has been added beneath the summary. To edit this spendsheet click on the ‘Spend Sheet 1’ link near the bottom left.

5. Now you are in an actual spend Sheet. Here you can enter various costings and other numerical data as well as the area and/or location used. The dates of filming can be stored for this spendsheet too. Once you have entered the required details and you want to save the data/spendsheet then ensure that ‘sheet Active’ shows in the ‘Sheet Status’ field (circled in red near the bottom left) then click on ‘Update Sheet’ (circled in red near the bottom right).

6. If you add a title it will show up in the Title Bar of the sheet after the number once saved.

7. You can add multiple spend sheets. To delete a spend sheet just ensure that ‘DELETE THIS SHEET’ shows in the ‘Sheet Status’ field (circled in red near the bottom left of section 5 above) then click on ‘Update Sheet’ (circled in red near the bottom right of section 5 above). Data from the spend sheet will show in the summary at the top, once two or more sheets are saved the summary will show the total figures of all the spend sheets together. To go back to the project just click on the close icon at the top right of the screen but remember to ensure all updates are completed before this.
