Project Co-ordinator Vacancy (Elgin)

openbrolly runs a number of digital health projects across Scotland, focused on dramatically improving the care and well-being of people living with long term conditions. We also work with public agencies to help deliver information-driven services. We partner academic, charitable and public organisations to research and deliver these exciting opportunities. These projects run up to 18 months and introduce and test new ways of working in organisations.

This post holder, accountable to the project director, will support projects by co-ordinating activities and communications, working with clients and stakeholders, and undertaking assigned tasks. The post holder will also report on project progress. This is not a technical post, although some knowledge of common software packages, such as Microsoft Word, is required.

This post will be based in Elgin, Scotland. It is offered on a part time / full time basis and flexible working is available, including hours and some home working. Salary is £21k – £26k, full time equivalent pro-rata. Some business travel may be required.

openbrolly works with local authorities and screen agencies across the UK, Ireland and North America to deliver economic development through film-making in their area. Our MovieSite product supports their work by helping them market their area and co-ordinate economic activity. Most projects run from 3 – 6 months, but we also have long term relationships with most of our clients.
